Residential Care

Intermediate CareRehabiltation and Intermediate care

Rehabilitation and Intermediate care is a specialist short-term program. We are very proud of our Stroke Rehabilitation Unit (at Hill House only), which runs in conjunction with Croydon Intermediate Care Service.

Within our rehabilitation unit we have visiting physiotherapists, speech and other therapists working along with highly qualified and motivated staff to assist residents in getting back to their own homes.

Respite CareRespite care

Respite care is provided to enable home carers the chance to take a holiday or just to take a break.

Our homes provide a safe caring environment, where they may enjoy the social activities on offer and benefit from physiotherapy and rehabilitive treatments where appropriate.

Longterm CareLong Term Care

Our aim is to enable our residents to maintain their rights, identity and independence as individuals in a home that supports their physical and mental well being. We recognise the individual's need for privacy and choice and therefore monitor our service by encouraging feedback and through effective meetings with residents and relatives alike.

Residents and their families can feel secure in the knowledge that both our homes are comfortable, friendly and provide a caring environment.

We will always strive to to meet the needs and wishes of each individual resident.

Terminal CarePalliative/Terminal Care

Our staff are trained in palliative care in cojunction with the Gold Standards Framework and Advance Care Planning. We work in close association with hospitals and hospices.

We also understand the ethos of 'living well' and that quality of life and dignity at all times is essential. Pain control is of utmost importance and we believe the mix of comfortable environment, excellent care, flexible visiting arrangements and entertainment on offer, can all contribute in some way to our residents well being whatever their circumstances.
