Celebrating over sixty-five years of caring, we are a family-run business
with two Gold-Standard care homes in leafy Surrey.
Specialising in nursing and personal care, we can accommodate eighty-two residents across our two homes, and continually strive to meet the highest possible standards. Both Hill House and Westside care homes are ‘Good’ rated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), accredited with Platinum status under the Gold Standards Framework, and Hill House was a 2019 finalist for Care Home of the Year in the GSF Awards. Depending on whether you are seeking a vibrant, or a more peaceful atmosphere, we will
ensure your loved ones are extremely well cared for.
Hill House is situated in a beautiful, leafy location in Kenley, offering a vibrant ambience, and can accommodate up to fifty-eight residents.
Westside, our sister property in Purley, offers a more peaceful atmosphere, and can accommodate up to twenty-four residents.
CQC inspection REPORTS AND LATest reviews
Both homes are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide accommodation for those who require nursing or personal care. We continually strive to meet the highest possible standards, and are extremely proud to display our latest reviews and comments posted on carehome.co.uk
Comfort with care
Having always placed a great emphasis on our residents’ well-being whilst in our care, we are delighted to have been awarded Platinum status, the highest level in the Gold Standards Framework across both homes since 2009.
Our dedicated and highly-skilled team, led by our CQC registered managers Grace & Diane, provide residents with 24-hour assistance and the highest level of care.
Being family-run for the past sixty-five years, has enabled us to develop and sustain a unique level of care for our residents and their families. We often welcome multiple generations of the same family through our doors, and are extremely well-established within the borough of Croydon and Surrey.
"An outstanding, warm, friendly yet exceedingly professional home where it felt as though the Gold Standards Framework has been cemented into the brick work and breathed through the air from day one."
“I do not know what we would have done without the caring, compassionate support of all the staff at Hill House over the last year. They tackle each issue as it arises with professionalism and a warm, caring attitude that makes the fragile situation my dear aunt is in more bearable. We are so grateful and owe them so much.”
