“It was one of the most difficult things that my brother and I have had to do, to find suitable end of life care for our beloved mum. We looked at several residential homes, but as soon as we visited Hill House and met with the amazing staff, we instinctively knew we had found the right place for our mum. I am delighted to say that the quality of care and comfort exceeded our already high expectations and the attentiveness of all staff has been exceptional, not only with mum but also the family. Sadly mum passed away last week, but we have nothing but praise and gratitude for the way in which mum’s passing was handled by all the staff and their highly sensitive and sympathetic interaction with the family. A huge thank you to all at Hill House for making mum’s last days so comfortable and in such a loving and calm environment. We will be eternally grateful!”
