Each calendar runs on a rolling 30-day basis. In home visit exceptions are being made for any residents at End of Life, please get in touch with reception directly on 020 8660 9336 to arrange this if applicable.

In-home visits

Internal home visits take place in a resident's bedroom.

Video calls

Video calls with residents over Whatsapp and Facetime. Please liaise with other family members to ensure there aren’t multiple bookings per day for a resident, which can prove quite tiring.
